Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content performance and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging and support promotional campaigns.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels to foster positive community relationships.
Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored to the needs and interests of our target audience.
Schedule and publish regular posts, stories, and updates across all relevant social media platforms.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic generated from social media.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging social media tools, and competitor activities to keep Silver Linings Care’s content fresh and relevant.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and other digital content as needed.
Maintain a compassionate and professional tone in all communications, reflecting the values and mission of Silver Linings Care.
